DAMAGE CLAIMS:

Please examine your merchandise immediately. Damages or defects need to be reported to Customer Service within 15 days of receipt of shipment by emailing photos of the damages to damages@codyfoster.com. Acknowledged claims will be issued a credit memo or return label.

If product is not damaged or defective, a return authorization number may be issued. You will be are responsible for all shipping charges and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. The product must be received with all accessories and packaging materials in their original cartons at our location and cannot be pre-priced. Cartons may not be marked up. A copy of your invoice should be included with any returns. The Return Authorization number should be written on the outside of the box. Unauthorized returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges. No unauthorized invoice deductions will be allowed.
