Items must be ordered by multiples of the minimum quantity. Cody Foster & Co. Inc. reserves the right to edit the minimum quantities. Cards are charged at the time of shipment and only for items shipped plus freight. Please provide us with expiration date, name on card, billing address for card and V-code (if applicable). A valid credit card is required at the time of order placement. Back orders will automatically ship.
Please examine your merchandise immediately. Damages or defects need to be reported to Customer Service within 10 days of receipt of shipment by emailing photos of the damages to damages@codyfoster.com. Acknowledged claims will be issued a credit memo or return label.
If product is not damaged or defective a return authorization number may be issued. You will be are responsible for all shipping charges and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. The product must be received with all accessories and packaging materials in their original cartons at our location and cannot be pre-priced. Cartons may not be marked up. A copy of your invoice should be included with any returns. The Return Authorization number should be written on the outside of the box. Unauthorized returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges. No unauthorized invoice deductions will be allowed.
We will try to deliver every item in our catalog to you as fast as possible. There may be times when we may not be able to provide certain items due to circumstances beyond our control. Cody Foster & Co. Inc. is dedicated to bring you the best products in design and style at the best price. Errors in price, packaging or description which may occur in this catalog are subject to correction. Colors on products may vary. All measurements are approximate.
Please be aware of our credit card preauthorization policy. To meet all of the ship date requirements of our customers as efficiently as possible, we must be able to secure funds for any shipment before we can process it in our warehouse. All orders will be sent to the warehouse for shipping no more than 5 business days before the requested ship date. At this time, the funds for the shippable total with a percentage to cover any freight charges are secured. Once the shipment is processed and billed, the credit card processor will settle the charge and return any amount of the pre-authorization that was not settled. This may take 2-3 business days for the charge to fully process.
